TICKET ORDERS
How can I purchase tickets?
We recommend that you order tickets online from our own page www.springtimefestival.ch. Only here will you be able to avoid additional booking fees or benefit from group discounts.
Starticket (www.starticket.ch) provides you with the possibility to pay through Paypal or with a credit card. Alternatively, you can purchase tickets from one of the 1500+ Starticket Offices in Switzerland.

Are there any discounts if I place a bulk order?
If you place a bulk order through www.springtimefestival.ch, every 10th ticket is free: order 10 tickets, pay for only 9. Order 20 tickets, pay for 18, etc.
I have ordered twice. Can you please delete the order?
Please send us an email to events@godi.ch, stating the order that you want to have deleted (don’t forget the number of your order!)
I ordered the wrong number of tickets. Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, the number of tickets that you ordered cannot be adjusted in our system. If you want more tickets: make another ticket order. If you want fewer tickets: make a new ticket order, and write us an email to events@godi.ch, and we will delete your order (be sure to notify us of your previous order number!).
I would like to return already-paid for tickets.
No paid tickets can be refunded. The best thing would be for you sell them on to somebody else or make them a cool gift to a friend!
I would like to cancel my order and haven’t yet paid for my tickets.
Your order is binding only after payment. Please send us an email to events@godi.ch, and we will delete your order.

If you are paying for tickets from outside of Switzerland, please note that all transfer and bill charges must be paid by the ticket purchaser.
TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATION AND FESTIVAL INFO
Is accommodation available for Festival visitors?
Yes! Along with your ticket reservation, you can also make a reservation for a bed on the night 01/02nd June. The beds cost CHF 15.- and will mostly be in a big underground dormitory. A mattress will be provided. Take your own sleeping bag with you. The beds have to be paid for on site at Springtime Festival. We can only guarantee availability for pre-ordered beds!

Is it possible to deposit the tickets at the box office?
We cannot deposit tickets at the box office. Since Springtime 2009 we have been working with e-tickets, which will be sent via email after payment.
Do you also accept EUROs?
Euros are accepted (notes only, change in Swiss francs).
What is the playing schedule of the bands?
The schedule of the bands will be published about 3 weeks before the Festival and may be subject to change. Key times of the festival are: Doors Open: 2.30 PM, Beginning of the festival: 3.30 PM, End of the festival: 10.00 PM
How about catering facilities?
There will be a variety of great food on sale at the Festival at reasonable prices.
Is the festival also accessible by public transportation?
Frauenfeld offers excellent public transportation links with the train station only a 15 minute walk from the Festival hall!
I am coming by car. How do I find a parking space?
The parking plan is printed on each ticket and shows you all the parking in the vicinity of the venue. We recommend that you don’t use the parking lot directly in front of the venue.

CANCELLATION
Will ticket costs be refunded if there is a change in the lineup or if the festival has to be relocated?
Springtime is a Festival and not a Single Artist Show. Therefore we can’t refund tickets if any band, already under contract for Springtime, cancels their set. Should an artist ever cancel (which hasn’t happened to date), then we will immediately seek an artist of equal value to replace the canceled one! Also no refunds will be made if the Festival has to be relocated to another venue. Refunds will only be made if the Springtime Festival is cancelled for 2013.
